The Safe is a piece of furniture introduced in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It is received as a gift from Banco Nintendo through a letter the day after having deposited a certain amount of money. Pressing 
in front of it it can be used as any closet or dresser to store objects.
Appearance
As its name indicates, it is a black safe except for the locking system, which is white. If it is opened, it can be seen that some gold bars are stored inside.
