The crew member hiding in the bathroom was the last survivor of the first wave of murders caused by Patient 0. Together with the others, he tried to discover the impostor, but Patient 0 blamed another crew member and he believed him; Realizing that he made a serious mistake, he desperately ran to the bathrooms to hide and luckily, the impostor did not find him.
