Snow White is Fabletown's chief operating officer. Her main role is to assist Deputy Mayor Ichabod Crane as his secretary, during King Cole's absence. Snow is close friends with Sheriff Bigby Wolf.

Personality[]
Her divorce from Prince Charming caused Snow to become cold and independent. Despite that, she is charismatic and with a great sense of leadership, she can sometimes seem authoritarian, making it clear that she is the one in command. However, he has a compassionate side, evident from his interaction with Bigby and Toad's son TJ, with whom he shows sympathy.
He has shown little interest in helping fables that are not in good economic and social situations, although throughout history he shows his pain at not being able to do more for them.
Her most notable characteristic is her enormous belief in justice, always complying with all the necessary protocols and showing annoyance when Bigby is violent with the fables or disobeys his orders.

Snow White may seem cold, but this is because her life in the Homelands was filled with mistreatment and abuse. After escaping assault and prison, not to mention another attempt on her life, she married Prince Charming. It wasn't long before Snow found out that Blue was cheating on her with her distant sister Rose Red, and she ended up getting divorced. After the Exodus, Snow focused on creating a safe new haven for fables in the new world. He is now an assistant to the deputy mayor of Fabletown.

With Ichabod Crane out of the picture, and King Cole absent, the task of running Fabletown falls squarely on Snow's shoulders. She has performed many of the office duties on the orders of Lazy Crane. But now that she is fully in charge of the Labor Office, she has to face a new level of responsibility that she had not been exposed to before.

With Crane out, Mayor Cole has officially appointed Snow White as the chief operating officer and as a deputy mayor in his absence. Many would say that this promotion must have been carried out a long time ago, as she was essential in the establishment of Fabletown and personally ensured that many fables made it to the new world without a hitch. She has also been doing the job of the deputy mayor unofficially for years.
